i find ease and fluidity are an important part of how i exist in this world. it allows me to be connected to the life surrounding me & to notice the details. i’ve always loved noticing the details, even when i was little. i am interested in the magic found in the practice of presence - existing in slow space, weaving between tangible and intangible creative mediums. noticing what comes to the surface the pull to express an emotion. sometimes it’s the way the sunlight is hitting the trees just right, or singing has been the most profound piece of my healing journey & songs are my most tender offerings.
